Sandcast a Birdbath

A good place to buy your materials is the 'Do It Best Hardware' in Wayne.  Susan suggests buying the Polymer Modified Repair Mortar (Ace-Hi-Bond).  You can also use Vinyl Patch, like Quickrete.  In addition you will need 40 pound bag of sand.
